Pastor Scott Smith our Lead Pastor is originally from High Point, N.C and graduated from John Wesley College in High Point with a Major in Pastoral Ministries and Biblical Theology. He and his wife Lisa and their two children moved to Calabash, N.C. in 2006 where he began pastoring in the Wesleyan Church. He came to Waterbrook in 2012 as Young Adult and Student Ministry Pastor. Throughout his ministry he has been involved in many roles including church planting, church redevelopment and leadership development. Scott’s favorite part of the ministry is meeting people, preaching and seeing peoples lives transformed by the Holy Spirit through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
